- Dress skirt overlay: 100% nylon tulle and knit mesh

- Long sleeved pullover shirt is mesh to give the look of purple skin
- Strapless dress has concealed zipper at center back
- Bodice has constructed bust with boning and underwire support, decorative sequins
- Dress skirt has stretch knit base layer with overlays of knit mesh and glittery tulle
- Overskirt has hook and loop fastener at center back
- Inflatable overskirt attaches at the waist of the dress with hook and loop fastener
- Fan is installed at back of left hip

- Battery pack fits into a concealed pocket next to fan
- Phillips head screwdriver, not included, required to open battery pack

The tentacles will deflate when you turn off the fan. You may be able to deflate them more quickly by applying gentle pressure.Q: hello do you make this costume, ursula for children? the girl is 9 years old thank you (1 Answer)
