Design & Details
This costume features a woven nylon inflatable skirt with sublimated purple and white prints that mimic Ursula's tentacles. It secures comfortably with an adjustable elastic drawstring and plastic slider, while the built-in fan and battery pack inflate the skirt to full, floaty volume. The look is finished with a golden plastic conch shell necklace, perfect for completing the look of the sea's most unforgettable villain.
