Tea Time Has a Very Confident Host

Design & Details
This costume includes a dress, hat, belt, jacket, and bowtie. The dress features black and purple stripes with a lace accent on the bust, creating a layered and eye-catching base. A purple satin bowtie fits around the neck to add a bright, polished detail up top.
