The yellow dress zips down the back for easy wear. The skirt has a glittery tulle overlay, and Flounder's face is printed on the bodice. Ruffled blue fabric at the shoulders and sleeves imitate his fins, and the headband completes the look. Your kiddo will have the very best of ocean fashion when she puts on this delightful outfit!
