Measure their chest at the fullest part, their waist at the narrowest part, and their hips at the widest part. The Small fits a 24" chest, 22" waist, and 29" hips, the Medium fits a 26" chest, 24" waist, and 31" hips, and the Large fits a 28" chest, 26" waist, and 33" hips.
