Our costume designers crafted a classic look with this Kansas Girl High Low Costume! The plus size outfit starts with a simple white blouse, which features light blue accents around the neck and around each sleeve. The costume also comes with a pinafore skirt, which has a blue and white gingham pattern, perfect for any storybook style foray in wondrous new worlds!
