The dress is made from vibrant orange matte satin and printed to mimic a Monarch butterfly’s iconic wings, with an asymmetrical hem that flares out at the sides for maximum flounce. Black crisscross lacing on the bodice adds definition, while soft black mesh sleeves dotted with white polka dots give a dreamy, fluttery vibe. A hidden zipper in back makes getting dressed as easy as, well, not being a real butterfly.
The costume comes with a set of detachable wings that slip on like a backpack thanks to elastic shoulder straps. They’re wired at the edges to hold their shape—no floppy flying here.
