The jumpsuit closes at the center back with a hook and loop fastener, so you do have access there for diaper changes. The feet are fully enclosed, so the whole lower body stays covered, but the back closure runs the length of the jumpsuit and should give you enough room to get in and out quickly.(AI Generated Answer)
