This hooded vest brings the eel brothers distinctive looks to your dog with this soft turquoise Minky costume. The hood attaches two of four interchangeable yellow and white eye patches to match your pet's mood. Felt teal fins, white teeth, and black nostril details pair with a stuffed nose for full character detail. The outfit secures with hook and loop straps while a leash opening on back means your pup stays safely tethered during all their mischievous adventures.
