Thunder God On Duty

Raiden doesn't show up to Outworld's deadliest tournament in a polo and khakis. He arrives as a literal god of thunder, wide-brimmed hat and all, radiating a kind of "I've seen empires fall and I'm still irritated about it" energy. That's the costume goal.

Raiden's full look is here: white tunic in mid-weight poly twill with black accents, printed yellow symbols on the sleeves, and a light blue vest that closes with hook-and-loop fasteners on the sides. The pants match the tunic and have an elastic waistband, which honestly feels appropriate for someone who spends a lot of time doing flying torpedo attacks.

Design & Details

The white mid-weight poly twill tunic features black accents and printed yellow symbols on the sleeves that match the character's iconic look. The light blue vest is made from the same mid-weight poly twill and fastens at the sides with hook and loop closures for an easy on-and-off fit. The black sash and matching hood complete the layered warrior silhouette.

The white pants match the tunic and include an elastic waistband for a comfortable fit. The reed hat sits at the top of the look, and the included light-up glasses are the real finishing touch, giving you that eerie glowing-eye effect straight out of the game.

Hat. Glow. Fatality.

You're at the end of the night, glasses lit up, hat still on. You cross your arms, let the glow do what the glow does, and look like someone who has personally defended a tournament dimension. That's the Raiden experience. Shang Tsung doesn't stand a chance this round.
