- All fabric has shiny wet-look or faux-patent coating
- Shirt/vest combo has buttons at center front, puffy striped sleeves w/ elastic cuffs
- Faux patent leather cropped pants have an elastic waistband
- Above elbow gloves meet cuffs of sleeves
- Knee-high socks meet cuffs of cropped pants
- Cape has cord ties at neck, hook & loop fastener to attach at shoulders of the vest
- Goatee is cord fringe sewn to diamond-shaped felt; it's self-adhesive w/ peel-off backing
- Foam-backed hat has memory wire in brim edge, cord fringe "hair" around inner base of crown
- Red felt shoe ornaments w/ cord fringe trim have elastic bands around instep
